Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in risk management
  • At least 2 years of experience in business analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (preferred)
  • Experience in Financial Services (preferred)
  • Experience with Credit Risk management practices including Real Estate valuation (preferred)
  • 1+ year(s) of experience leading people or project teams (preferred)
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Experience creating business insights and reports using analytical and data platforms (e.g., Quicksight, Snowflake) and structured query language (SQL)
  • Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
Responsibilities
  • Administrating real estate valuation processes, systems, and data through day-to-day management and continuous improvement
  • Providing business insights and reports that enable stakeholders to make data supported decisions
  • Supporting delivery of GV&I’s change program, including simplification of Policies and remediation of assurance findings
  • Partnering with the Lines of Business, Product, Data, Technology, and Risk to create efficiencies without compromising on controls and oversight
  • Formulating and implementing solutions, leveraging on technology as much as possible
  • Promoting GV&I’s learning and culture by facilitating continuous learning activities and team interactions
