- Recent and relevant experience as a human relations agent.
- A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, psychoeducation, or a related discipline.
- OCCI training is an asset.
- Training in IGT and NID-EP.
- Membership in a professional order is required to intervene in DPJ.
- Experience in mental health intervention or helping relationships is an asset.
- Ability to adapt, listen, and work in a team.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Assess users' psychosocial needs in mental health.
- Develop, apply, and monitor individualized intervention plans.
- Provide psychosocial support to individuals, families, or groups.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, physicians, and social workers.
- Contribute to prevention, stabilization, and users' social reintegration.
- OCCI training.
- Experience in mental health intervention or helping relationships.
