Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) and Corporate (Finance, People, etc.) roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and meeting hiring timelines for our scaling business.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and implement tailored sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Proactively build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for critical GTM functions, leveraging sourcing tools, networks, and events to meet future hiring needs.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to promote the company’s unique value proposition to candidates, enhancing visibility and appeal within the competitive SaaS market.
  • Utilize metrics and data insights to track recruiting performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive informed hiring decisions.
