Accounts Receivable Associate

- An Associate’s degree or comparable years of related experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows, with an intermediate-level emphasis on Excel.
- Effective, professional, and clear communication skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
- Self-discipline and the ability to identify and complete critical tasks independently.
- Accurate and fast data-entry skills, especially using a numeric keypad.
- Willingness to learn.
- Interact with customers by email and through customer portals regarding the payment status of past-due invoices and business-to-business collections.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies through deduction management.
- Apply cash receipts in SAP.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports using SAP and Excel.
- Obtain shipping documents and proof of deliveries from freight carriers by email or website.
- Complete other assigned projects.
- SAP experience.
