- At least three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment and refrigeration, including grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach-in and walk-in coolers, and freezers.
- Communicate status updates for parts orders and repairs with branch support and customers.
- Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner.
- Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
- Ensure the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms comply with company safety standards.
- Meet on-call requirements.
- A journeyman license or Commercial Food Equipment Service Association certification is a plus.
- An automotive, electrical, installation, or mechanical background is a plus.
