Architectural Programmer
About the job
- Higher education in building/construction, engineering, a DESS specialized in programming, or architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience as an architectural programmer in an owner's representative/project management assistance or architecture firm.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.
- Mastery of all aspects of managing the architectural programming of projects.
- Develop real-estate master plans, feasibility studies, and pre-programming studies while advising clients and proposing innovative solutions.
- Write detailed technical and functional programs for clients' projects using relevant experience and previous realizations.
- Advise clients on the legal, organizational, and financial structuring of their projects.
- Organize the establishment of contracts for design services or design-build services.
- Coordinate the project's technical designers using relevant expertise.
- Experience in the healthcare sector.
