About the Job

We are looking for a well-organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR and administrative operations.
In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for employees while supporting employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, vendor coordination, office operations, employee engagement, and performance management activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Employee & HR Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR-related needs.
  • Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle and ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Complete and coordinate joining, orientation, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employment status, benefits, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain confidential records related to grievances, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and other employee matters.
  • Assist with performance management processes and documentation.

• Benefits & Employee Records
  • Maintain employee benefits records and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate employee documentation and HR records.
  • Ensure HR files and records are properly maintained and easily accessible when required.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Vendor & Compliance Management
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, lawyers, and other service providers.
  • Monitor the quality and timely delivery of vendor services.
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable government requirements and labor regulations.
  • Maintain relevant documentation and records for compliance purposes.

• Office Administration
  • Manage purchasing and inventory of office supplies and equipment while maintaining appropriate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with the IT team regarding office equipment and employee requirements.
  • Support office maintenance, facilities, and workplace improvements.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve office-related issues.
  • Assist with planning and execution of employee engagement activities.

• General HR & Administrative Support
  • Prioritize and manage multiple HR and administrative tasks while working independently.
  • Identify administrative and HR-related issues and proactively work toward solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established HR processes.
  • Support the HR Manager with other HR and administrative initiatives as required.
