Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management or a related industry
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Series 65 or equivalent required within first 120 days of employment
  • Interest in pursuing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) (CFP(R)) credential in the future
  • Baseline proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint) required
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day responsibilities, priorities, and workload of client service teams
  • Timely execution of intra-day requests such as trades, wire requests, and journals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for custodians around all operational and tactical service matters
  • Gather, organize, and input client data into the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Craft client meeting agenda, prepare deliverables, and analyze client data
  • Prepare standard deliverables related to the delivery of wealth management advice
  • Provide spreadsheet analysis on an ad-hoc basis for advanced financial topics
  • Prepare detailed reconciliations of historical cash flows and ten-year forward-looking projections
  • Manage tax coordination and execution for clients’ personal and trust accounts
  • Prepare and process all documentation related to client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing maintenance
  • Attend client meetings and calls on a consistent basis
  • Present complex concepts and ideas in a professional, persuasive, and easily comprehendible way to clients
