  • 4 to 6 years of experience, with an agency setting preferred
  • Bring a strong UI sensibility and visual design craft to digital product work, with complementary UX capabilities that inform and elevate your output
  • Implement a combination of strategic, conceptual, and design skills across a variety of deliverable types
  • Create and manage original, visually compelling work that is both on-brand and purposeful
  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining visual design systems, with experience creating and deploying tokenized components for scalable design
  • Adept at utilizing AI tools to inform and streamline the design process, from research to prototyping
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and various teams within AKQA, contributing to a culture of openness and continuous improvement
