Requirements
  • A preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • Five to eight or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience resolving highly sensitive and complex problems.
  • Ability to prepare and brief senior management.
  • Effective communication with internal and external customers and high-ranking government officials.
  • Strong organizational ability with attention to both details and the broader picture.
  • Experience working in different types of database systems.
  • Quality customer service experience with a dedicated approach focused on meeting customer needs and mission success.
  • Familiarity with C5ISR (Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) systems equipment, including radios, night vision devices, and information technology equipment, is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for Secret clearance at this location.
  • Willingness to travel, including outside the continental United States.
Responsibilities
  • Organize research of foreign government requirements.
  • Prepare Letters of Acceptance, identify material, services, and shipping requirements, and estimate system life-cycle costs.
  • Conduct technical reviews and analysis for Letters of Request.
  • Calculate manpower for Foreign Military Sales cases.
  • Develop unique Foreign Military Sales case notes.
  • Coordinate total package advanced planning for weapon systems and ensure Total Package Approach sheets are accurate and used in case development.
  • Vet the release of Foreign Military Sales country-requested equipment in accordance with technology security and transfer requirements, export controls, disclosure requirements for classified and controlled unclassified information, and system-specific release requirements for sensitive technologies.
  • Receive, process, and track requisitions.
  • Forecast congressional notifications.
  • Develop and implement logistics program activities supporting purchases, transfers, and leases of weapon systems and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and field service personnel, resolve logistics problems, and compile data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistics activities.
