Requirements
  • Candidates must be pursuing or have a degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Broadcasting, or Media Production.
  • Candidates must have hands-on experience with Ethernet cable termination and wiring XLR, RCA, HDMI, and SDI cables.
  • Candidates must be proficient in live event production, network connectivity, device configuration, and media playback systems.
  • Candidates must be familiar with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, in control rooms, and performing physical tasks.
  • Candidates must be available to work outside normal business hours.
  • Candidates must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of audiovisual systems, including LED walls, projectors, digital signage, and sound systems.
  • Help with cabling, mounting, and wiring for audiovisual installations.
  • Work with the systems integration team to support day-to-day audiovisual operations.
  • Assist in setting up live event production and handling technical requirements.
  • Provide hands-on support during system testing and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with routine maintenance of audiovisual systems, including video switchers, media engines, core processing units, video decoders and encoders, sound mixers, amplifiers, LED controllers and matrix switchers, and signal processors.
  • Help troubleshoot technical issues under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Perform basic diagnostics and report technical issues to the audiovisual systems team.
  • Participate in integrating new audiovisual technologies into existing setups.
  • Support system upgrades, including hardware replacements and software updates.
  • Assist with setting up and operating audiovisual equipment during live events, including sound mixing, video display, and lighting control.
  • Ensure that audiovisual systems function properly throughout live events.
