SYW partners with VISEO to help brands digitalise their aftersales operations. Save Your Wardrobe. Ltd. is proud to announce a strategic partnership between SYW and VISEO, an international digital transformation company. Together, Save Your Wardrobe. Ltd. will support fashion and luxury brands in digitalising and structuring their aftersales operations, transforming an often fragmented and unstructured ecosystem into a genuine driver of operational excellence and customer loyalty. By combining its platform with VISEO's expertise in digital integration (CRM, ERP, etc.), this alliance offers an end-to-end solution for brands looking to structure, manage, and industrialise their entire aftersales chain. Beyond ecology: the real value of aftersales. Sustainability in fashion has long focused on production: raw materials, manufacturing, carbon footprint. At SYW, Save Your Wardrobe. Ltd. shift the focus to what happens after the sale, backed by a strong economic argument. Today, brands are silently losing value: unsellable stock due to minor defects, post-purchase customer dissatisfaction, high acquisition costs paired with low retention. A structured aftersales strategy directly addresses these challenges. Investing in the post-purchase experience is not just about recovering value from defective products, it's about building a lasting relationship with customers, encouraging repeat purchases, and protecting brand value over time. "Your product is not simply a product - it is a bond between you and your brand. A bond that can create multiple touchpoints, well beyond the moment of purchase." - Hasna Kourda, founder of SYW Repair and care services are above all a lever for loyalty and financial sustainability, not just ecological sustainability. Brands invest enormously in acquisition, then miss a real need their best customers have after the sale. Brands that invest in product longevity and customer relationships beyond the transaction build something no marketing campaign can replace: trust. A regulatory context that makes aftersales a necessity. Structuring aftersales is no longer purely a strategic choice. It is gradually becoming a regulatory necessity for retail and fashion players. In Europe, evolving regulations around sustainability, product repairability, traceability, and extended producer responsibility are requiring brands to better document product lifecycles, extend product usage, and demonstrate their ability to organise repair services that are efficient, traceable, and manageable. The absence of structured processes, locally fragmented management of repairers, and the dispersion of data between stores, workshops, and external partners are becoming genuine operational and regulatory risks. Digitalising and managing aftersales has become an essential foundation for compliance. In this context, Save Your Wardrobe. Ltd. is currently developing AI-powered features to assess the repairability of garments, support consumers and specialists through repair processes, and shine a light on the craftspeople, the invisible heroes of fashion, who make these services possible. "Aftersales can become even more important than the sale itself - that is where you invest in your customer as much as in your product." - Hasna Kourda, founder of Save Your Wardrobe What this partnership means for fashion and luxury brands. For brands in the fashion, retail, and luxury sectors, this partnership delivers direct access to aftersales capabilities that are proven in the market, technically robust, and integrable into existing digital ecosystems. SYW's proprietary platform integrates with systems such as Salesforce and SAP, orchestrates flows between stores, in-house workshops, and external service providers, and ensures the protection and enrichment of customer data- all in a solution that fits seamlessly into a brand's existing infrastructure. VISEO strengthens this offering by bringing deep expertise across the full project cycle: strategic scoping, project management, system integration, and ongoing support. They also bring critical supply chain expertise, essential for industrialising aftersales at scale, from product returns and workshop flows, to stock management, partner coordination, and cost control. Together, Save Your Wardrobe. Ltd. enable Supply, Operations, IT, and Customer Service teams to move from fragmented management to centralised, measurable, and scalable oversight, transforming aftersales into a true driver of operational performance and lasting value. "Just because some brands don't yet see the importance of this today doesn't mean they won't tomorrow. Those who choose to act now will build a lasting competitive advantage." - Lilia Mrad, Retail Director at VISEO The fashion and luxury industry is built for the long term. Some of its most iconic houses have existed for centuries. This partnership is built with that same perspective, not for the next collection, but for the next generation of customer relationships.
