Requirements
  • A minimum of four years of college-level education in music or equivalent experience.
  • At least four years of experience leading worship teams or bands in a church setting.
  • Strong vocal ability and experience leading congregational worship.
  • Proficiency in sight-reading, arranging, and performing music.
  • Ability to lead a contemporary Protestant praise team.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct weekly rehearsals and worship services, including special events such as holidays, memorials, and funerals.
  • Provide vocal leadership and guide the congregation in worship.
  • Select and arrange music in coordination with the Chaplain.
  • Deliver opening remarks and prayers aligned with Protestant traditions.
  • Prepare and provide music scores, arrangements, and audiovisual lyrics.
