  • Advanced knowledge of agentic frameworks and a proven track record building autonomous or semi-autonomous agentic systems at scale.
  • Experience leading end-to-end AI initiatives in industry, from design through implementation and integration, and applying sound software development practices.

Responsibilities
  • Design and test multi-turn, state-aware conversational systems using large language model reasoning loops such as ReAct and Plan-and-Solve, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or custom state machines.
  • Adapt new frameworks and recent advances in generative and agentic artificial intelligence.
  • Promote best practices in artificial intelligence and machine learning and mentor junior team members.
  • Lead functional teams and initiatives to accelerate adoption of Conversational AI.
  • Use Python, MLflow, the Azure stack (including Azure cloud, Azure ML, and Azure Data Factory), and Databricks to deliver end-to-end AI solutions and build, benchmark, and maintain AI and machine learning models.
  • Work closely with customers to evaluate their needs and recommend solutions that increase customer satisfaction and business value.
  • Stay current with technology trends, including in artificial intelligence, and apply this knowledge to the organization’s challenges.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience building conversational interfaces over complex enterprise domains such as supply chain, procurement, or financial risk.
  • A track record of peer-reviewed publications in leading Natural Language Processing or artificial intelligence venues such as ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, AAAI, or KDD.
