  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on SAP configuration, implementation, support, or development experience within SAP Materials Management, SAP Production Planning, and SAP Sales and Distribution are required.
  • At least 7 years of ERP project implementation and execution experience are required.
  • Experience supporting SAP solutions within manufacturing environments is required.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP-enabled business solutions is required.
  • Experience supporting SAP enhancements, break-fix support, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives is required.
  • Experience conducting fit-gap analyses, process optimization, and SAP solution design is required.
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management and related supply chain management processes is required.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business operations is required.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities are required.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and leadership is required.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities are required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and solution design for SAP Materials Management initiatives.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning supply chain management solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot SAP Materials Management production issues, incidents, and system defects while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable SAP standard solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and support SAP enhancements, projects, system implementations, and upgrades.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user requirement sessions to identify business needs and process improvements.
  • Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
  • Monitor SAP interfaces, data replication processes, and system performance to ensure operational stability.
  • Collaborate with Hyundai headquarters and global teams to implement supply chain management best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain system documentation, process flows, training materials, and knowledge repositories.
  • Ensure compliance with HAEA information technology governance standards, methodologies, and service level agreements.
  • Provide ongoing user support, training, and on-call support as required.
  • Stay current on SAP supply chain management technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
Desired Qualifications
  • SAP Materials Management certification.
  • SAP Production Planning or SAP Sales and Distribution certification.
  • Experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Experience supporting repetitive and discrete manufacturing environments.
  • Experience partnering with global SAP teams, offshore resources, or international business units.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading small project teams or mentoring junior analysts.
  • Knowledge of SAP integrations and cross-functional supply chain management processes.
  • Experience working directly with manufacturing plants and supply chain operations.
