Located on Hayat Island, InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is a luxury beachfront resort where island living meets authentic Arabian hospitality. Less than an hour from Dubai, the resort offers a refined yet relaxed escape surrounded by natural landscapes, open sea views, and powder-soft beaches. With a collection of rooms, villas, and residences, a variety of restaurants and bars, and award-winning spa and leisure facilities, we focus on creating thoughtful, personal, and memorable experiences for families, couples, and groups in a true resort setting.

We are looking for a Spa Attendant to join our Spa team at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. In this role, you will help create a clean, relaxing, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring our spa facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Clean and sanitize spa facilities, equipment, and furniture daily
Manage spa linen, laundry, and related inventory
Support the opening and closing set-up of the Spa according to resort standards
Provide warm and attentive service, ensuring guests are comfortable throughout their spa experience
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards across all spa areas
Report any maintenance concerns, incidents, or safety issues promptly
Follow hotel standards and procedures relating to health, hygiene, fire and life safety

What We need from you:

Previous experience in a spa, wellness, housekeeping, or similar hospitality environment is an advantage
A warm, caring, and guest-focused attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to work as part of a team and support guests in a timely and caring manner
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
