- Knowledge of payroll processes, labour law, tax regulations, compliance, and risk management is required.
- Knowledge of human resources administration, employee lifecycle processes, labour law, compliance, and internal controls is required.
- Strong information technology skills and openness to automation and artificial intelligence-enabled solutions are required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

- Execute and oversee end-to-end time and attendance processes, ensuring accurate and timely management of working time, absences, leave, and attendance data.
- Manage system controls, data validation, and reconciliations, resolving complex cases when required.
- Ensure compliance with local labour regulations, company policies, and internal control requirements.
- Support process improvements and digitalization initiatives in collaboration with Payroll, Human Resources, Information Technology, and relevant stakeholders.
- A basic understanding of international assignment, global mobility, or expatriate processes is considered an advantage.
