About the job

Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager, including at least 2–3 years in a high-interaction-volume consumer product such as travel, mobility, fintech, or productivity.
  • Experience using Cursor, Claude, or equivalent tools to build product solutions independently of design and engineering.
  • Understanding of agentic systems, including orchestration patterns, tool use and function calling, memory and context management, and evaluation harnesses.
  • Strong user-experience intuition, including the ability to provide precise, actionable feedback on flows, microcopy, and information architecture.
  • Ability to connect product metrics to business key performance indicators, define success criteria before building, and run A/B tests.
  • Comfort working with data tools such as Amplitude or similar analytics tools to analyze insights and take action.
  • Fluent English.
  • Knowledge of travel pain points and, preferably, experience working on or shipping products in travel, mobility, or adjacent domains.
  • Familiarity with GDS/NDC content, hotel and rail inventory structures, and the effects of corporate expense and approval flows on booking behavior.
Responsibilities
  • Own the traveler journey end-to-end, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap from first search through post-travel activities, including search and discovery, booking, trip management, real-time disruption handling, and post-trip flows.
  • Design multi-step automation workflows such as proactive rebooking, disruption recovery, pre-trip checklists, and expense pushes to replace manual traveler processes.
  • Define relevant business KPIs and product metrics, instrument the traveler journey, and run continuous experimentation to improve outcomes.
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Travel Operations to identify traveler friction that generates support volume and eliminate its root cause in the product.
  • Use Cursor, Claude, and internal tools to build product functionality that delivers value to travelers.
  • Track developments in artificial intelligence products, test models, evaluate evaluations, and make informed tradeoff decisions.
  • Work directly with leadership across Product, Engineering, and Customer Service on the traveler-experience domain.
Desired Qualifications
  • Spanish or Italian language skills.
  • Experience in the travel industry or in enterprise settings.
  • Knowledge of programming basics.
