  • At least 4+ years of experience working in a law firm and/or as in-house counsel

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development, drafting, revision, administration, implementation, and interpretation of our company's policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to the company's business activities, such as vendor contracts, employment agreements, and customer agreements.
