About the job
- Experience selling consulting or outsourcing services, or recruiting and staffing services.
- A proven track record of working with C-level executives.
- Ability to drive solution sales and develop proposals.
- Ability to craft compelling proposals in partnership with the technical delivery team.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
- Previous experience in an internal sales role is preferred; experience handling the renewal process is a plus.
- Strong oral and communication skills.
- An aggressive, competitive, and self-motivated attitude.
- An outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to adapt to all situations professionally.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- A passion for closing deals and a desire and willingness to learn.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Willingness to sign and abide by confidentiality, nondisclosure, and non-compete agreements.
- Work with C-level executives to sell consulting or outsourcing solutions.
- Drive solution sales and prepare proposals in partnership with the technical delivery team.
- Handle the sales renewal process.
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence and application development software products and platforms.
- Consulting experience across the full lifecycle of software development projects.
