Responsibilities

Drive business growth through listing correct identification, promotion planning, and activations based on primary data analysis of the identified market territory.
Generate growth from existing customers through improved account management and retention activities.
Acquire new businesses while ensuring profitability and meeting budgeted targets.
Identify growth opportunities using market knowledge, meet new customers to broaden the opportunity list, and develop new customers.
Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals and develop plans to ensure long- and short-term growth.
Map the market and maintain market intelligence on customers in the region.
Build in-depth knowledge of customers’ business priorities, challenges, and initiatives and translate them into opportunities.
Build value-added relationships within the account domain and core account team.
Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients and handle the customer lifecycle after onboarding.
Manage customer billing and payment collection.
Develop a prioritized target customer list and focus sales efforts on penetrating and growing target customers.
Negotiate, maintain, and update tariffs on the technology-backed tariff management and shipment booking portal.
Build and maintain relationships with senior management at customer businesses to facilitate the decisions and actions needed to achieve results.
Finalize contracts with key clients and establish service-level agreements for fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals.
Generate new sales that lead to long-lasting relationships.
Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews for critical customers.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Present to and consult with senior-level management on business trends to develop new services and products.

Creating a positive on-boarding experience for new clients, handling entire life cycle of the customer after onboarding.

Building & maintaining relationships within senior management at customer's business who can facilitate decision making & actions needed to achieve the required results
Finalizing contracts with key clients and establishing SLAs for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Carryout MBR/QBRs for critical customers
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services and products
