Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Proficiency in office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to critically think and solve problems using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with workflow processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Gather, evaluate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare reports and support administrative duties as needed.
  • Take part in team huddles and strategic meetings to learn how NewYork-Presbyterian addresses social determinants of health through community education, collaboration with community stakeholders, and preventive resources.
  • Use centralized resources, including database tools and mentorship programs, to support projects and learning.
  • Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions designed to strengthen research methods, data analysis, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Travel to various locations if required.
