Responsibilities
  • Communicate effective compliance programs to identify and prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices.
  • Coach and mentor junior staff, raise issues to senior team members, and constructively challenge the status quo.
  • Support key business initiatives by analyzing data to identify compliance risks and developing resolutions to manage and mitigate those risks; escalate risks when necessary.
  • Identify compliance impacts on marketing materials, sales programs, product development, documentation review, and other business initiatives, working cooperatively with business, legal, audit, and other risk disciplines.
  • Assess existing and emerging risks, evaluate their materiality, and present recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Use knowledge of current laws, rules, and regulatory requirements to draft or assess compliance manuals, front-office materials, policies, and procedures for alignment.
  • Lead the compliance monitoring program and review activity against established risk control limits.
  • Help define compliance program objectives for assigned areas, products or services, and applicable regulations, and communicate those objectives to senior business partners.
  • Independently challenge analyses and formulate recommendations.
  • Review compliance reports to identify issues and common themes, escalate issues through appropriate governance channels, and recommend corrective action plans.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff on report analysis techniques as applicable.
  • Update and implement new or enhanced reports to support timely and effective compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of Residential Lending Servicing processes and associated compliance risks, including payments, billing statements, payoffs, account maintenance, line management, liens, escrow, customer communications, and related initiatives, while serving as a lead resource for designated coverage areas.
  • Build partnerships with Line of Business leadership, Business Risk, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to identify emerging risks, assess change impacts, and provide practical compliance guidance.
  • Lead and support compliance coverage activities across assigned areas, including regulatory change management, risk assessments, monitoring and testing, complaint and issue oversight, procedure governance, and escalation of material compliance risks.
  • Partner with Compliance leadership and peers to advance the Enterprise Compliance Target Operating Model, enhance coverage procedures and methodologies, and support strategic initiatives that strengthen the Compliance organization.
  • Focus on customer needs and satisfaction when making business decisions and creating customer solutions.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

CTO Realty Growth closes $1B unsecured credit facility, extends debt maturities to 2029

CTO Realty Growth has closed a $1.0 billion unsecured credit facility, extending its debt maturity profile and increasing total commitments by $250 million. The Winter Park, Florida-based owner and operator of open-air shopping centres will use proceeds to repay outstanding borrowings under its previous $300 million revolving credit facility and two term loans. The new facility comprises a $400 million revolving credit facility due September 2030 and four term loans ranging from $150 million each, maturing between September 2029 and March 2032. The refinancing increases the company's weighted average debt maturity to 4.3 years from 1.6 years. Initial fixed interest rates on the term loans range from 3.4% to 5.3%, based on applied SOFR swaps. The facility was provided by a syndicate led by KeyBank National Association.

Stepan secures $500M five-year credit facility, up from $450M

Stepan Company has secured a new $500 million five-year credit agreement, replacing its previous $450 million facility and boosting liquidity by $50 million. The specialty chemicals maker announced the deal on 25 September 2026. The new package comprises a $350 million multicurrency revolving credit facility and a $150 million delayed draw term loan, both maturing in September 2031. An expansion option allows Stepan to increase total capacity to $750 million if needed. Interest rates are tied to the company's net leverage ratio, with spreads ranging from 1.125% to 1.625% above benchmark rates. JPMorgan Chase Bank serves as administrative agent, with Bank of America as syndication agent. The agreement includes standard financial covenants and will finance working capital, acquisitions, capital expenditure, and general corporate purposes.

Paylocity expands revolving credit facility to $1.75B with PNC Bank

Paylocity has entered into an amended and restated revolving credit agreement establishing a $1.75 billion senior secured facility with PNC Bank and other lenders, replacing a prior 2019 agreement. The facility matures on 17 September 2031 and had $81.25 million outstanding on the effective date. The agreement allows Paylocity to request up to $875 million in additional revolving commitments and up to two one-year maturity extensions, subject to lender approval. Proceeds may be used for working capital, capital expenditures, general corporate purposes, permitted acquisitions, investments, distributions, and share repurchases. The facility is guaranteed by material subsidiaries and secured by substantially all assets of Paylocity and the guarantors. Financial covenants require a maximum net total leverage ratio of 4.0x and a minimum interest coverage ratio of 2.0x.

Limbach Holdings secures $300M credit facility with PNC Bank, replacing Wintrust agreement

Limbach Holdings announced on 9 September 2026 that its subsidiary, Limbach Facility Services, secured a $300 million credit facility with PNC Bank. The agreement replaces a previous $125 million revolving credit facility with Wheaton Bank & Trust Company. The new facility comprises a $200 million revolving credit facility, a $50 million term loan, and a $50 million delayed draw term loan. It matures on 9 September 2031. Limbach used proceeds from the PNC facility to repay approximately $118.1 million of principal from the terminated Wintrust Credit Agreement. The company may request additional commitments up to $150 million or 100% of consolidated EBITDA, subject to conditions. No early termination penalties or prepayment fees were incurred.
