Assist Superintendents in developing and executing manpower plans to ensure projects are properly staffed throughout the project duration.
Monitor project schedules and work with Superintendents to identify opportunities to maintain or improve schedule performance.
Help establish consistent field processes, expectations, and best practices across all projects.
Conduct regular visits to active project sites to evaluate field operations, support Superintendents, and maintain awareness of project conditions.
Ensure field operations are aligned with company goals, project requirements, and commitments to clients.
Provide leadership, mentorship, coaching, and accountability to field personnel and Superintendents.
Provide expert oversight of project coordination, staffing and manpower planning, equipment, schedule performance, labor budgets, quality control, and safety.
Promote consistent communication and collaboration between projects and departments.

Job Overview:
L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking a seasoned General Superintendent who will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of field operations across L7 water and wastewater construction projects. This candidate will support and lead all Superintendents and field personnel while ensuring projects are properly staffed, resourced, scheduled, and executed safely and to L7 standards.
The ideal candidate is an experienced water/wastewater construction professional who combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership, communication, and people development skills. Key Responsibilities:
