Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or installation management, preferably within the development or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex installation projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and direct all installation activities, from project initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and coordinate installation teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements and feasibility.
  • Manage communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during installations.
  • Perform quality control checks and inspections to ensure installations meet specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, permits, and close-out documents.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in installation management.
Desired Qualifications
  • Fluency in German and English is highly desirable.
