Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu.
  • Experience in AWS networking, core services (e.g., RDS, S3), and IAM security best practices.
  • Skilled in managing Kubernetes (we use Elastic Kubernetes Service) and maintaining enterprise-scale platforms with best practices for security, privacy, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment.
  • Experience with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry and DataDog to implement metrics, tracing, and robust monitoring solutions.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, including AWS services like RDS and RedShift, and how to integrate them into highly performant and secure infrastructure.
  • Familiar with modern CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation tools, including ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and GitHub Actions.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable platforms while working as part of a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
  • Shape the direction and evolution of the infrastructure within the cross-functional team of DevOps, DevSecOps and Workplace Technology engineers.
  • Build on a stable foundation that includes Elastic Kubernetes Service on AWS, infrastructure-as-code principles, and robust deployment pipelines.
  • Drive architectural enhancements.
