Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–8 years of experience related to the specific functional area; a master’s degree may substitute for four years of experience.
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent Information Assurance Technical Level II certification, and current or obtainable CSSP Analyst certification such as Certified Ethical Hacker, Cybersecurity Analyst+, or Cybersecurity Forensics and Response.
  • Experience producing and reviewing decision-grade intelligence reports and high-value assessments for senior leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and staff at all experience levels to deliver short-term, medium-term, and long-term commitments.
  • Experience completing and coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams in either a lead or supporting role.
  • Ability to provide recommendations for enhancing bulk device-data views and viewing associations among data related to devices.
  • Experience leading, developing, and delivering interdisciplinary and inter-organizational capabilities and processes to improve performance.
  • Technical understanding of classified networks, servers, storage, operating systems, applications, and the full stack of supporting technologies.
  • Experience working with reporting, automation, and visualization systems to provide situational awareness and improve cyber threat intelligence and fusion capabilities.
  • Experience analyzing tactics, techniques, and procedures and the activity of nation-state and affiliated cyber actors.
  • Experience assessing operational impacts of cyber events on United States government networks, systems, and devices.
  • Ability to translate complex cyber analysis into clear, leadership-focused briefings that drive informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Create analysis products based on cyber threat fusion to document significant cyberattacks or the discovery of new vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence, emphasizing network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures affecting networked weapons platforms and United States Department of Defense information networks.
  • Analyze network events to determine their impact on current operations.
  • Conduct all-source research to determine advisory capability and intent.
  • Build higher-value cyber fusion products, expand effective lines of communication, clarify lanes of responsibility, and improve capabilities and trust.
  • Apply technical and analytic expertise to shape objectives and drive assessments using independently selected methodologies, sources, and approaches.
  • Develop technical solutions to complex problems.
Desired Qualifications
  • Security certifications including Security+, CCNA Security, CISSP, or CySA+.
  • CSSP certifications including CEH, CFR, or CySA+.
  • Strong briefing experience with senior leadership.
  • Ability to maintain a strong work ethic under time pressure.
