About the job
- Hands-on experience building production or near-production generative AI systems, including evaluation, hallucination, latency, and cost considerations at the architecture level.
- Practical experience building agentic workflows and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with major large language model platforms and APIs, such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock, and understanding of their trade-offs.
- Strong Python skills and comfort in cloud-native environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of vector stores, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation architectures, and data infrastructure supporting production AI applications.
- Experience working in client-facing or consulting delivery contexts and ability to explain AI architecture to technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Design end-to-end architectures for AI-powered applications, including large language model selection, prompt engineering, orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and integration with enterprise data environments.
- Build agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar, and orchestrate multi-agent systems.
- Work across the generative AI delivery stack, including large language model APIs, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and deployment infrastructure.
- Integrate generative AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, identity and access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Translate technical architecture decisions into strategic narratives for client leadership and help clients move from AI experimentation to AI-enabled operations.
- Bring patterns, reusable components, and technical standards to the delivery team.
