Responsibilities
  • Source, roll out, and administer benefits, perks, and operational platforms
  • Oversee the performance review process and ongoing engagement of Coast’s team members
  • Manage new hire onboarding and former employee off-boarding
  • Create and implement HR policies and procedures that support our team members
  • Manage and maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to team members who have questions or concerns about their roles or the organization
  • Be an advocate for teammates, demonstrating discretion and great judgment, and work to create a positive and inclusive culture across the organization
  • Work with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to refine Coast’s employee compensation strategy
  • Help ensure that the Coast NYC and Utah offices are enjoyable places to work every day
  • Provide support in planning and operationalizing Coast team events
