About the job
- A paint test is required before hire.
- Education is not required.
- Prepare and mix paint.
- Apply paint in the correct color and thickness to meet quality standards.
- Powder coat and bake items in the correct color and thickness to meet quality standards.
- Solve issues that arise during the work.
- Paint steel racks using electrostatic spray guns.
- Maintain close attention to detail and quality to ensure racks have the correct color and thickness.
- Clean the work area and perform 5S daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous powder coat experience is preferred.
