Requirements
  • Proven track record of building and scaling teams in a leadership capacity at Seed-Series B startups.
  • Successful track record of carrying your own quota, and being effective as a player/coach.
  • Technical knowledge/aptitude allowing you to effectively sell to CIO/CTO/CISO level POCs.
  • Ability to overcome challenges in selling complex operating systems to data engineering, data science, and analytics teams, including navigating long sales cycles, addressing technical and business objections, and building trust with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets for mid-market and enterprise accounts, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Expertise in managing full-cycle sales, including experience with buying committees and a deep understanding of decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in providing accurate sales forecasts, maintaining a robust pipeline, and leveraging CRM tools and data-driven insights to optimize the sales process.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs, incorporating this knowledge into effective sales strategies and tactics.
