- Provide middleware support for applications and troubleshoot production issues.
- Provide deployment and ongoing support for middleware components such as IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM WebSphere MQ.
- Work after hours including weekends as needed.
- Interact with DBAs, Networking, System Administrators and development teams as part of issue resolution and support activities
- Strong scripting skills including UNIX shell, Perl, and batch (preferred)
