- At least 4 years of experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere MQ.
- Experience with application deployment and support.
- Experience working in an application support role.
- Ability to provide support after hours, including weekends, as needed.
- Strong scripting skills with UNIX shell, Perl, and batch are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives with different priorities.
- Provide middleware support for applications and troubleshoot application issues in production environments.
- Deploy and support middleware components such as IBM WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere MQ.
- Interact continuously with database administrators, networking teams, system administrators, and development teams.
- Strong scripting skills including UNIX shell, Perl, and batch.
