About the company

Unifize helps organizations uncover and reduce the hidden cost of cross-functional coordination, called coordination tax, by providing a shared system of record across ERP, QMS, PLM, and MES. It captures coordination in governed threads that keep decisions, evidence, and completion linked, and uses AI to show how processes actually work compared to how they’re documented. Unlike others, it targets coordination cost and creates a unified, process-driven record—fitting the software to the process rather than the opposite. Its goal is to prove value in about 90 days with measurable gains like shorter CAPA cycles, faster product development, and stronger customer expansion, while reducing white-collar costs by 15–30%.
