Role Overview
The Onboarding and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for providing hands-on support throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging transition for new hires at Anduril. This role is essential in fostering a welcoming atmosphere and aligning new team members with the company’s culture, ways of working, and expectations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, working in partnership with various internal teams to deliver a well-rounded program.
Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, offering assistance, resolving any issues, and providing a supportive onboarding experience.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with supporting departments to facilitate a cohesive and effective onboarding process.
Keep onboarding materials, checklists, and documentation up-to-date with the latest company information and procedures.
Facilitate orientation sessions that effectively convey the company’s culture and expected performance standards. Suggest and improve content as needed.
Track the progress of new employees during the onboarding stage, confirming that all training and procedural requirements are met.
Offer continuous assistance and develop and provide resources to new employees to facilitate their smooth integration into their respective teams.
Manage all correspondence with new hires, including logistics and travel coordination.

Traits and Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in onboarding, people operations, or other logistic or customer service experience.
Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, procedures, and best practices.
Ability to function independently and problem-solve with minimal direction.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough completion of all onboarding tasks.
Proficient in using HRIS and other people systems and in reporting and analyzing onboarding data.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
Passion for service and commitment to kindness and patience when working with others.
Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.

US Hourly Range

$26—$38.75 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
