Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer experience, customer service, or related roles.
  • Previous account management and/or project management experience
  • Knowledge of APIs and/or large database programs.
  • Experience in selling products to current customers
  • Proven data analysis, interpretation and problem solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing the customer journey.
  • Proficiency in utilizing customer feedback for actionable insights.
Responsibilities
  • Be the primary contact and advocate for a subset of our App XChange customers
  • Develop relationships and communicate regularly with key external decisions makers including C-Suite executives
  • Help to drive App Xchange customer satisfaction and ensure they are finding success with the platform
Desired Qualifications
  • Sage 300 CRE construction accounting software
  • Spectrum by Viewpoint construction software
  • Vista by Viewpoint construction management software
  • Knowledge and experience with the phases of the construction life-cycle including accounting practices and project management.
