Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills on a Department of Defense service contract.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with data administration, archival records, and handling Freedom of Information Act requests.
  • Familiarity with the Theater Enterprise-Wide Logistics System, LOGICOL System, Army Enterprise System Integration Program, Global Combat Support System-Army, Lead Materiel Integrator Decision Support Tool, Medical Materiel Mobilization Planning Tool, and other systems.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and obtain and use appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
  • A bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline, such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in management analysis.
  • Experience making travel arrangements using the Defense Travel System or similar programs.
  • Knowledge of Army Regulation 25-50 and experience preparing and managing correspondence.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to travel domestically within the United States and internationally.
  • A Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct life-cycle management reviews and impact assessments, and provide administrative management planning support for analyzing, developing, and updating policy and planning documents.
  • Coordinate the planning and management of single or multiple projects and support senior program managers in tracking performance, including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance.
  • Provide functional expertise for activities related to information management.
  • Create, capture, register, classify, index, store, retrieve, and dispose of records, and develop strategies to manage documents and publications.
