About the job
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel to retrieve, organize, and manage data.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to reliably follow established standard operating procedures.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing processes and providing actionable recommendations to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including providing customer service and clearly conveying instructions to diverse audiences.
- Comfort delivering public presentations, including reading and explaining 10-to-15-minute proctoring scripts and responding to participant questions.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
- Schedule and proctor GEOINT certification examinations, provide clear instructions and assistance to candidates, and respond to candidate and testing-site inquiries.
- Maintain certification and accreditation records, manage exam data, safeguard testing materials, and track materials throughout their lifecycle.
- Follow established standard operating procedures, security requirements, and accreditation standards to ensure examinations are administered consistently and accurately.
- Support external testing sites, assist with audits, and help train proctors and other personnel involved in the certification process.
- Experience using Microsoft Access to organize, manage, and track records or databases.
- Knowledge of records management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
- Familiarity with Reasonable Accommodations to support test-takers with diverse needs.
