• Lead contract negotiations and renewals to secure economically sound risk agreements.
• Analyze the economic and clinical implications of complex managed-care contracts.

3. Integrated Operational Excellence

• Align cross-functional leaders in Finance, RCM, Patient Access, and IT.
• Partner with clinical leadership to optimize patient access and utilization management.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality patient journey across all clinics.

Who You Are

• A Proven P&L Owner: You have managed complex business lines in healthcare, ideally within value-based care, risk capitation, or managed care.
• A Master Negotiator: You understand health plan economics, PMPM structures, and how to build data-driven cases for contract improvements.
• A Strategic General Manager: You look past retrospective reports to find the operational drivers of financial success.
• A Collaborative Leader: You know how to unite doctors, finance executives, and operations managers under one vision.
