About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Three to five years of experience in Ruby on Rails development is required.
- Proficiency with RSpec and Sidekiq is required.
- Solid understanding of Ruby syntax and its nuances is required.
- Deep expertise in custom WordPress development, including Gutenberg, Advanced Custom Fields, and custom templates, is required.
- Deep expertise in the Bootstrap framework, HTML, PHP, SASS/LESS, and Gulp is required.
- Deep experience writing modular and object-oriented code is required.

- The ability to write custom scripts that ingest XML or JSON data and store it in a database or application programming interface is required.
- Experience creating XML or JSON feeds and custom APIs is required.
- A high level of technical acumen and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues to resolution are required.
- Occasional on-call availability for nights and weekends is required.
- Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
- Implement data storage solutions using various databases and storage systems.
- Improve and maintain application performance and quality.
- Contribute to all phases of the web development lifecycle.
- Perform software development and maintenance, including coding, documentation, and system testing.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
