Responsibilities
Patrol designated areas of the event venue to detect and deter suspicious activity.
Monitor crowd behavior and intervene to prevent disturbances or conflicts.
Check tickets and credentials to ensure that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
Assist with crowd control and manage lines to maintain orderly queues.
Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fights, or evacuations.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Conduct security screenings, including bag checks and metal detector scans.
Provide directions and assistance to attendees, including locating amenities and exits.
Report incidents, accidents, or security breaches to supervisory staff.
Follow standard operating procedures and protocols for handling security-related situations.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with event attendees and staff.
Attend pre-event briefings and debriefings to receive instructions and share information with team members.
