  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field. Advanced degree a plus
  • 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience, ideally growth-stage B2B SaaS focused on innovative, groundbreaking products
  • Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise SaaS products from concept to launch
  • Super understanding of customer needs and experience leading user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into product improvements
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions and measure success metrics
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, presenting) with the ability to clearly influence all technical and non-technical levels of the organization
  • Advanced technical aptitude and able to work closely with engineering teams
  • Start-up entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in a hands-on team-oriented environment
  • Preference if you speak Mandarin
Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design and other teams to define and drive the strategy, roadmap, development, and delivery of new product initiatives, features, and enhancements. Own the product development lifecycle from conception to launch.
  • Conduct user research, market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and better understand user needs and pain points for continuous product improvement
  • Collaborate and build consensus with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. Make and influence data-driven decisions to guide the product development process.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze product performance metrics, including usage data, customer feedback and financial KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives. Use insights to iterate on product features and improve business outcomes.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and business and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences while ensuring alignment with business objectives

Video commerce platform TalkShopLive has launched a partnership with NBCUniversal.
