Responsibilities
  • Act as shift supervisor, ensuring smooth daily dispensary operations.
  • Perform all Dispensary Associate duties, including reception, register/drawer, and fulfillment shifts.
  • Greet patients, verify credentials, and maintain patient flow.
  • Coordinate and oversee opening and closing procedures in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Support timely and accurate transactions at the point of service.
  • Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate inventory tasks, assist with counts, and monitor product organization.
  • Assist with employee shift coordination and communication during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure strict adherence to cash handling procedures and drawer accountability.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures and take direction from the management team.
  • Address and escalate operational concerns to management as needed.
  • Support fulfillment of in-store, call-ahead, and online orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready environment.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional patient service.
