- At least four years of professional experience.
- Higher education at Bac+5 level.
- Mastery of Microsoft development tools and the C# programming language.
- Experience or interest in finance and familiarity with Microsoft tools and systems.
- Ability to work directly with users.
- Initiative, analytical and synthesis skills, interpersonal ability, curiosity, rigor, pragmatism, and service orientation.
- Understand and gather user needs.
- Model and create prototypes for requested solutions.
- Propose a technical and organizational structure around each need, including information flows and data sharing.
- Develop solutions using the available tools while respecting the organization's constraints.
- Deploy solutions to production, including data recovery and migrations.
- Assist users during the production deployment phase.
- Work across the group's Asset Management and real-estate businesses and transversal activities such as front office, middle office, reference data, internal control, and risk.
