About the Company

Unybrands

Acquires and scales online brands globally

Unybrands acquires and scales small to mid-sized online businesses in the e-commerce space, focusing on founders looking to sell. The process runs from an initial discovery call to finalizing the deal within 4-6 weeks. A dedicated team analyzes the brand’s operations, marketing, supply chain, and logistics, then designs and implements a growth strategy and handles a smooth onboarding to ensure a seamless transition. The team’s deep e-commerce and Amazon FBA experience, plus a global presence across three continents with many former Amazon sellers, helps lift each acquired brand to higher performance. Revenue comes from the growth and success of the brands it owns. The company’s clear emphasis on transparency covers the acquisition structure, onboarding, and growth milestones.
