About the job
- Five or more years of administrative or executive support experience.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, priorities, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and expense reports.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support meetings, company events, special projects, and general administrative activities.
- Process invoices, maintain files and records, and track required signatures and agreements.
- Prepare weekly operational, sales, and financial reports for leadership review.
- Support Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs), NDAs, and confidentiality agreements as required.
- Provide administrative support to the COO, assist with office operations and cross-functional needs, and coordinate weekly and recurring reports.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or related industrial environment.
- Prior senior administrative experience supporting a department or functional team.
