About the job
- The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- The candidate must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in an internal HR function.
- The candidate must have experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, in Talent Development, or in HR Development.
- A Bac+5 qualification is mandatory, preferably from a business school or equivalent training.
- The candidate should be able to quickly understand business issues, build trusting relationships, challenge constructively, execute rigorously, and handle complex situations maturely.
- The candidate should be motivated to learn and continuously improve.
- Advise managers on People-related decisions, develop their management skills, support sensitive or complex situations, and help teams achieve objectives by addressing human obstacles.
- Lead performance and development campaigns, support individual progression plans, identify and develop high-potential talent, and contribute to career-path discussions.
- Understand team needs, identify early signs of disengagement, implement concrete improvement actions, and contribute to talent retention.
- Quickly diagnose people-related issues, conduct difficult conversations with discernment, find balanced solutions to business and human concerns, and uphold high standards and fairness.
- Identify opportunities to improve and structure and optimize HR processes.
- Participate in strategic company projects and contribute to building the future organization.
