Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in partner management, business development, or a related field within the SaaS industry, with a track record of successfully managing international partners.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and create effective partnership strategies.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with service providers and agency partners across international markets.
  • Identify and onboard new partners that align with our company's strategic goals and market needs.
  • Work with the Partner Enablement team to repurpose content and certification programs for international markets to ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to promote and refer business to Demandbase effectively.
  • Work closely with partners to drive joint sales activities, co-marketing campaigns, and other initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms while protecting the Demandbase interests.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends that can be leveraged through partnerships.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of partnerships, providing regular reporting and insights to management.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to align International partner activities with overall business objectives.
