Requirements

Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or a related field
3-7 years of professional experience in technical project management roles, preferably in a technology-centric environment
KPM or Scrum certification preferred; PMP Project Management certification is a plus
Organizational skills and time management skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
Strong attention to detail, decision-making skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams
Familiarity with project management tools and version control systems

Responsibilities

Meeting regularly with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and timelines
Analyzing and ensuring the delivery of management and technical processes as expected
Generating regular reports for stakeholder updates and effective project management, leading resource allocation throughout all project phases
Establishing and training teams on processes, strategies, and clear roles and responsibilities
Overseeing day-to-day technical operations, including assignments, personnel review, and maintenance
Researching and evaluating new hardware and software technology for cost-benefit analysis

The Team You’ll Work With

Reporting to the VP of API Engineering, you’ll work cross-functionally across the Engineering organization to enhance the efficiency of internal and external project execution. Our team is composed of top-notch engineers and scientists who are passionate about creating data-driven solutions that make a lasting impact. We are a growing team dedicated to advancing Taste AI.

The Impact You’ll Have

Playing a pivotal role in project planning, management, and coordination, you’ll ensure that initiatives are completed to specification within established time frames. This position involves orchestrating clear and effective communication to convey technical concepts, processes, and engineering project information, spanning our API models and SaaS tools.

To be a successful match, you must have:

* Bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, or a related field

* 3-7 years of professional experience in technical project management roles, preferably in a technology-centric environment
