Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
A Commercial Class A driver's license with Hazmat, TSA, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements is required.
At least 1–2 years of experience driving a commercial vehicle and maintaining a Commercial Class A driver's license is required.
A TWIC card and petroleum experience are preferred.
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
Manual and automatic transmission operation is required.
Availability to work Friday through Tuesday is required, subject to possible adjustment.
Availability for start times between 12 PM and 3 PM, depending on operational needs, is required.
Availability to work over the road 2–3 days per week and locally is required.
Responsibilities
Operate a commercial motor vehicle and associated equipment safely.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and company policy.
Complete paperwork and forms, including manifest, shipping, and receiving documents.
Maintain telephone or radio contact with a supervisor throughout each shift.
Load and unload the truck, including hazardous waste and/or materials as applicable.
Pick up and deliver hazardous waste and/or materials, such as crude oil, gas oil, and other products, at various customer locations; this may include operating a cargo tank.
Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and other employees.
Use good judgment in emergency and routine situations.
Desired Qualifications
Tanker experience is a plus.
A TWIC card and petroleum experience are a plus.

We are seeking a commercial Driver with a CLASS A CDL for a Full-Time position in Bakersfield to work late mornings or late shifts. In this role you will Pick up and deliver hazardous waste and/or material such as crude oil, gas oil, and other products at various customer locations. This may include operation of a cargo tank.
Pay Range: $25-$32 per hour. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour with future increases based on the company's established wage progression.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Completes appropriate paperwork and forms, including but not limited to manifest, shipping, and receiving documents.

Loads and unloads truck, which may include hazardous waste and/or materials.
Communicates with customers, supervisors, and other employees effectively.
Uses good judgment in making decision, in emergency and routine situations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
