Responsibilities
  • Administer and control compliance with internal warehouse and delivery processes for the agency, including inventory management, product delivery, commissions, hydrocarbons, cash handling, distribution, and human resources, to meet annual financial and non-financial corporate objectives in the AOP.
  • Lead the agency's routines (RCO, RPS, SDG, RCOG) to ensure process compliance and effective follow-up on outstanding items and KPIs.
  • Own and ensure proper execution of the Prime Delivery project to transform delivery, strengthen the culture, and maximize service levels according to defined OKRs.
  • Design and review the monthly vacation plan to ensure all staff receive the benefit and planned coverage is maintained.
  • Control and administer overtime and results-based bonuses for assigned personnel, ensuring traceability of payments made.
  • Manage agency suppliers to ensure timely execution and payment for acquired services or goods.
  • Ensure all monthly operational closing is completed without outstanding items.
  • Lead and control inventory processes, including reconciliation, product availability, and good practices to prevent inventory variances.
  • Conduct WCS process self-assessments to ensure excellence programs are executed.
  • Protect the safety of employees and third parties by ensuring adequate conditions, processes, infrastructure, and resources to reduce operational risks.
  • Work overnight twice per month to engage with night-shift staff and follow up on operational matters across the operation's QLP.
